Houston Weight & Wellness Center is a rapidly growing weight loss and body contouring company in Houston. Focused on providing the best customer service, competitive pricing, and RESULTS... Role Description You will be calling from leads provided with the purpose of setting appointments and getting clients excited about our services. Hours are flexible, but timeliness in contacting leads is critical for good results. This position is commission based, we are paying $25 per booked appointment that shows up. Currently, we are seeing 5-7 clients a day without a dedicated person calling. The expectation is that we will be at 10-15 per day very shortly. Qualifications Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Must be well spoken, motivating, and excited when talking to potential clients. Proven experience in sales or customer service required. You are only setting appointments, but will be "selling" the leads on our services. Ability to work independently and meet sales targets. Critical! Familiarity with CRM software and sales databases. All leads will come through and all calls must be initiated through Go High Level. Detailed note keeping is required.
