Customer Service Representative

In this role, the Customer Service Representative will develop and maintain excellent relations with new and existing policy holders resulting in increased levels... of retention. This is to be achieved through proactive and reactive communication with our policy holders . We are looking for dynamic and driven individuals that thrive in a fast paced environment. Insurance industry or agency experience and knowledge is preferred but at minimum, prior office experience is required. • Responsibilities* • Answering calls and actively listen to concerns or questions from clients, while demonstrating a desire to assist and respond with compassion. • Proactively contact policy holders to provide updates on accounts. • Reach out to customers who are in cancellation status, follow up on terminated policies, follow up on customers who are late or in jeopardy of being late. • Complete daily task for the agency such as but not limited to: following up on newly issued policies, current clients who need service related care on their policies. • Identify opportunities to turn dissatisfied policy holders into satisfied policy holders. • Skills and Experience* • Must be able to work in a FAST PACE environment • Capable of maintaining long-term relationships with the policy holders • Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills • Confident, self-starter who works well independently • Must have ability to multi-task. • Must have good organizational skills • Ability to effectively work with teammates to ensure seamless customer experience • Proficient typing and computer skills Job Type: Part-time Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour Expected hours: 30-40 per week Benefits: • Flexible schedule Supplemental Pay: • Bonus opportunities Experience: • Customer service: 1 year (Preferred) License/Certification: • Property & Casualty License (Preferred) Ability to Commute: • Crossville, TN 38555 (Required) Work Location: In person Job Type: Full-time Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week Benefits: • Paid time off Shift: • 8 hour shift • Day shift Ability to Commute: • Crossville, TN 38555 (Required) Ability to Relocate: • Crossville, TN 38555: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In person Apply Job!
