Job Overview We are seeking meticulous Staff Accountants to play a crucial role in our organization. In this position, you will be responsible for maintaining precise financial records for a diverse range of clients. Key Responsibilities • Manage daily bookkeeping activities for multiple clients • Prepare and analyze various financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements • Reconcile bank and credit card transactions • Oversee accounts payable and receivable • Process payroll, ensuring adherence to tax regulations • Assist in budgeting and forecasting initiatives • Maintain accurate financial records and documentation • Support client projects and initiatives • Contribute to year-end closing and tax filing procedures as required Required Skills • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills • Strong attention to detail and accuracy • Exceptional organizational and time management capabilities • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Proficiency in QuickBooks or similar accounting software Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline • A minimum of 1 year of accounting and bookkeeping experience • Proven track record of managing multiple clients efficiently
