Maintain a polite and professional tone while interacting with customers in a live chat environment. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in a related field is a plus. Exceptional written communication skills and the ability to convey information clearly and concisely. Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-focused approach.
