Requirements: • High-speed internet connection and a quiet, dedicated workspace at home. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure. • Proficiency with computers and the ability to navigate multiple systems and programs simultaneously. • Customer service experience, preferably in the airline or travel industry. • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays. • High school diploma or equivalent. Responsibilities: • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. • Assist customers with booking and managing their flight reservations. • Provide accurate information regarding Delta Airlines’ policies, procedures, and services. • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction. • Document all customer interactions and maintain accurate records. • Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve complex issues. • Stay informed about Delta Airlines’ products, services, and promotions to provide knowledgeable assistance to customers. Educational Qualifications: • High school diploma or equivalent (required). • Associate or Bachelor’s degree in a related field (preferred). Experience: • Previous experience in customer service or call center environment (required). • Experience in the airline or travel industry (preferred).
