Summary... Certification & Education • Bachelors degree in any discipline - highly desired Experience Competitive candidates should have one or more of the following areas of experience: • SOF operator • SOF enabler • Staff experience at a Joint Headquarters • Human performance research • Contracting Officer or Acquisition Officer • Military analytical programs (e.g. operations research, data analysis) • Interagency experience (e.g. Department of State, USAID, DH OR • Personnel/Recruiting Experience • Military Personnel Programs • Mission Support Experience Organization Supported: Lukos, LLC. Job Objective The Recruiting Intern will assist the Lukos Human Resources efforts by engaging with prospective job candidates, screening resumes, contributing to the company candidate tracking system, creating and/or reviewing job descriptions, promoting job vacancies on various platforms, and supporting other HR/recruiting tasks. Responsibilities • Participate in required meetings • Screen resumes • Create job descriptions • Post and promote job descriptions on various platforms • Contribute to the company candidate tracking system • Assist HR with recruiting and hiring tasks • Assist Program Managers with recruiting and hiring tasks • Assist Business Development team with recruiting and hiring tasks • Recruit for Gaps, Transitions, and Contingency positions Work Location Remote About Lukos Lukos delivers professional services to the Department of Defense.
