Job Description
As a Remote Customer Service Representative at American Airlines, you will be the frontline support for our valued customers. You will handle a variety of customer inquiries and issues, providing solutions and exceptional service. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting customers with flight bookings, resolving customer complaints, answering inquiries about services and policies, and ensuring each interaction ends with a satisfied customer.
