What You'll Do
As a Client Support Coordinator, you'll be the primary liaison for record labels and DSP partners using our software for music distribution and royalty management. Your responsibilities will include: Ensuring the quality and accuracy of digital releases sent to DSPs like Spotify, Apple Music, and more. Engaging with FUGAs wide array of products and services, making this role a prime launchpad for a successful career in the music-tech industry. Who You Are You are a music enthusiast with a passion for the online music ecosystem. Additionally, you possess: Experience with classical music, either through playing an instrument or managing classical metadata. A customer-centric mindset with keen attention to detail. Fluency in English, both written and verbal. Strong international communication skills and an analytical approach to problem-solving. A desire to thrive in a tech-driven environment, learning and adapting to new skills. Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
