Here you are supported, here you are celebrated, here you can thrive. Your New Role… CNN seeks a talented Producer to join the CNN Newsroom Editorial team! Your Role Accountabilities... The Producer will help support the production of all things Video On demand on CNN's streaming platforms. The producer will pitch story ideas, help identify content to push to our streaming services. The producer has a track record of excellent news judgement. Your Qualifications & Experience... 5 or more years of hands-on production experience in TV/news/digital production. Bachelor’s degree in journalism or related field of study is preferred, or equivalent experience. Must demonstrate strong writing and production experience. Must demonstrate strong initiative, commitment, communication, and interpersonal skills. Prior experience booking interviews and directing and managing crews in the field is very helpful. Must be flexible and able to the ability to line up interviews quickly and produce material in the field under deadline pressures.
