This remote, part-time position is perfect for those who have a deep love for all things Disney and want to share their expertise with others. As a Disney Enthusiast Specialist, you will provide exceptional support and guidance to our clients, helping them plan and enjoy their Disney experiences to the fullest. Requirements Proficient knowledge of Disney parks, movies, and merchandise. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Ability to work independently in a remote environment. Previous customer service experience is a plus. Responsibilities Assist clients with planning their Disney vacations, including park visits, accommodations, and dining reservations. Provide information and advice on Disney movies, merchandise, and events. Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
