Job Description
We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Work From Home Customer Service Representatives on a part-time basis. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our passengers, assisting them with their travel needs, and ensuring a seamless travel experience. Key Responsibilities ? Answering inbound customer calls and assisting with travel-related inquiries. ? Providing information on flights, reservations, and Delta Airline services. ? Handling customer complaints and resolving issues promptly and professionally. ? Processing ticketing and reservations changes. ? Utilizing various computer systems and tools to assist customers effectively. ? Maintaining a high level of product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers. ? Adhering to all company policies and procedures. Qualifications ? High school diploma or equivalent required. ? Previous customer service experience preferred. ? Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. ? Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. ?
