A Tacoma based Financial Retirement Benefits company is looking for a tech savvy Participant Services Associate. Will be trained on proprietary software. This is a remote position but must be able to travel to the office as needed for walk in appointments. Room to grow into other roles as you learn the industry... Location: University Place, WA Position Type: Temp to Hire Pay: $18/hr Schedule: 8:00am-5:00pm Monday thru Friday Job Duties: Answer inbound participant calls. Assist participants with basic login assistance and website navigation. Identify calls needing additional support and handoff to main service team. 1-2 years customer service experience.
