About the Role: We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Author Personal Assistant to join our team! In this role, you’ll be the right-hand person to a best-selling author, helping manage their day-to-day activities and ensuring they have everything they need to focus on their writing. Key Responsibilities: • Event Planning: Keeping the team up to date on promotional events and book signings that can be beneficial to the Author. • Project Coordination: Assist with book launches, marketing campaigns, and social media. • Graphic Design: Having basic use of Canva to create Graphic Posts for Authors. Including but not limited to social media Banners, A+ Banners, and other promotional tools. • Networking: Reaching out to other PAs and Authors to schedule page swaps,email swaps, book tours, and launch parties. • Arc Team Growth and Management: Organizing google forms per book, including developing content worth emails that include links to ARC signups. Promoting ARC sign ups on all forms of social media. Keeping up with the data created. Providing ARC groups with promotional tool kits to see how many will convert to street team members. • Pulling Hooks: The ability to dive into your authors books to pull hooks to use for promotional needs.
