Job Description:

As a Fitness Instructor, your main responsibility will be to provide fun, effective and safe fitness instruction to our members. You will be required to uphold the standard of the LA Fitness brand by delivering high-quality fitness instruction and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities:

– Conduct fitness classes and personal training sessions.

– Develop personalized fitness programs for members to meet their individual needs and fitness goals.

– Monitor the fitness level and progress of each member and adjust their exercise program accordingly.

– Maintain the cleanliness and safety of the workout areas.

– Assist in member recruitment and retention efforts.

– Stay current with latest fitness trends and research.

Requirements:

– High School Diploma or equivalent.

– Certified Fitness Instructor, or equivalent.

– Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

– Excellent communication and customer service skills.

– Ability to motivate and inspire members to reach their fitness goals.

Experience:

Prior experience in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory. However, experience in fitness coaching or personal training is a plus.
