Job Description:
As a CDL-A Flatbed Truck Driver, you’ll be responsible for safely transporting goods from one location to another using a flatbed truck. You will have to load and unload cargo, adhere to all safety regulations, and maintain accurate logs of your travel and activities. Our ideal candidate has experience with long-haul driving and is familiar with maintaining and repairing large vehicles.
Responsibilities:
– Loading, unloading, or assisting in loading and unloading truck.
– Safe and responsible operation of assigned equipment.
– Ensuring compliance with applicable federal and/or state laws, regulations, and/or agency rules, standards, and guidelines.
– Report vehicle defects, accidents, traffic violations, or damage before and after route.
– Prompt and accurate delivery of goods.
Requirements:
– Valid CDL-A license
– Minimum of 1 year of experience as a truck driver
– Ability to handle physical workload
– Strong work ethic
– Familiarity with driving large vehicles
Educational Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– Valid CDL-A license
Experience:
– Prior experience in long-haul driving preferred but not mandatory.
