Job Description:

As a Full-Time Grocery Delivery Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive their deliveries on time and with the highest level of satisfaction. Your primary tasks will include picking up groceries from our partner stores, packing them carefully, and delivering them to the customers’ doorstep. You will also be responsible for providing a high level of customer service, addressing any inquiries or issues that may arise during the delivery process.

Responsibilities:

1. Communicate effectively with customers to provide updates on their delivery and address any issues or concerns.

2. Select, pack, and deliver groceries as per the customers’ orders.

3. Ensure all deliveries are made within the specified timeframe.

4. Handle and report customer complaints or queries.

5. Maintain a high level of professionalism during interactions with customers, store staff, and colleagues.

Requirements:

1. Valid driver’s license and a reliable, insured vehicle.

2. Knowledge of local grocery stores and delivery routes.

3. Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs.

4. Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.

5. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Educational Qualifications:

A high school diploma or equivalent is required.

Experience:

Prior experience in delivery services or customer service is preferred but not mandatory as we provide comprehensive training to all our new hires.
