As a customer support specialist, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service to our clients.
Description:
The Customer Support Specialist will be responsible for providing excellent customer service by resolving product or service issues; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve issues; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution. This part-time position is perfect for those who enjoy problem-solving and have a passion for serving customers. The working hours will be during the evenings for under 4 hours per day.
Responsibilities:
– Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat
– Investigate and resolve customer complaints and resolve them promptly
– Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools
– Maintain a high level of professionalism with customers and working to establish a positive rapport with every caller
Requirements:
– High school diploma or equivalent required
– Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening skills
– Ability to handle stressful situation appropriately
– Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
– Ability to multi-task, set priorities, and manage time effectively
Preferred Experience:
– Previous customer service experience would be a significant advantage
