Job Description:

As a Retail Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting customers in finding products, answering inquiries, ensuring a neat and organized store front, and processing transactions at the cash register. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, embodying our values of friendliness, helpfulness, and respect.

Responsibilities:

– Greet and assist customers, providing excellent customer service at all times.

– Operate cash registers, managing financial transactions accurately and efficiently.

– Stock shelves, ensuring products are displayed neatly and accurately.

– Maintain cleanliness and order in the store.

– Answer customer questions and address any complaints.

– Assist with inventory management.

Requirements:

– Previous retail experience is preferred but not required.

– Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor.

– Ability to handle transactions accurately and responsibly.

– High school degree or equivalent.

– Physical ability to stand for extended periods, and to move and handle merchandise, which entails lifting, and perform all functions as set forth above.
