Job Description:

As an Appliance Delivery Driver, you will be responsible for safe and timely delivery and installation of products to our customers’ homes while providing exceptional customer service. This role is pivotal in maintaining the trust and satisfaction of our customers and thus requires a professional, friendly, and customer-orientated individual.

Job Responsibilities:

• Load and unload appliances from trucks and ensure they are safely secured.

• Deliver appliances to customers’ homes, following the best route for timely delivery.

• Install appliances, following all safety procedures and operation instructions.

• Handle customer complaints or concerns promptly and professionally.

• Maintain regular communication with the dispatch team about delivery updates.

• Assist with general warehouse duties as needed.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving history.

• Ability to lift heavy items and perform manual labor.

• Previous experience in delivery driving or customer service is preferred.

• Knowledge of basic installation of appliances is a plus.

• Must be willing to undergo a background check and drug screening.
