Job Description:

As a Part-Time Administrative Clerk, you will provide exceptional administrative support to our team, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. You will be responsible for maintaining the organization’s filing system, preparing reports, scheduling meetings, and other secretarial duties as required. Your ability to multi-task, coupled with your keen eye for detail, will be critical to your success in this role.

Responsibilities:

1. Maintaining and organizing an effective filing system.

2. Preparing reports and scheduling meetings.

3. Assisting in various daily operations.

4. Handling office interactions with outside visitors.

5. General clerical duties including photocopying, fax and mailing.

Requirements:

1. Strong organizational and time management skills.

2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

3. Proficiency in MS Office Suite.

4. Ability to multitask and prioritize work.

5. High school diploma or equivalent.

Educational Qualifications:
