Job Description:

In this role, you will assist customers with their inquiries related to flight bookings, cancellations, baggage, and other travel-related concerns. Responsibilities:

- Assist customers with booking flights, making changes to existing reservations, and processing cancellations.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelors degree preferred.
- Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a remote or online environment.
