Job Description:
As a Data Entry Specialist at Amazon, you will be responsible for maintaining our database by entering new and updated customer and account information. You will need to have a keen eye for detail as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. This role is crucial to our teams success and we are looking for someone who is a quick learner and dedicated to maintaining data accuracy.
Responsibilities:
– Prepare, compile, and sort documents for data entry
– Check source documents for accuracy
– Verify data and correct data where necessary
– Obtain further information for incomplete documents
– Input data into the database quickly and accurately
– Comply with data integrity and security policies
Requirements:
– Proven data entry work experience
– Excellent typing skills with attention to detail
– Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, in particular)
– High school degree
– Ability to work independently and stay self-motivated
Educational Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent. Prior experience in data entry would be a significant advantage, although not a necessary requirement.
Experience:
Experience in a similar role is highly valued and will be considered during the selection process.
