Job Summary:

Our esteemed client, Google, is actively seeking a dedicated part-time Administrative Assistant to join their team in Mountain View, California. This position requires work on weekends, with working hours strictly under 4 hours per day. Job Description:

The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for supporting daily administrative tasks and ensuring the smooth operation of our office. Your responsibilities will include managing office supplies, answering phone calls, scheduling meetings, and supporting visitors. You will also be expected to handle sensitive information confidentially, create regular reports, and update internal databases as necessary.

Requirements:

– Proven experience as an administrative assistant or similar role

– Familiarity with office management systems and procedures

– Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work

– Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

– Excellent written and verbal communication skills

– Proficiency in MS Office Suite

Responsibilities:

– Answer and direct phone calls

– Organize and schedule appointments

– Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, and forms

– Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports

– Develop and maintain a filing system

– Update and maintain office policies and procedures

– Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers

– Maintain contact lists

– Book travel arrangements

– Submit and reconcile expense reports

– Provide general support to visitors

Education Qualification:

A minimum of an Associate’s Degree in Business Administration or relevant field is required for this position.

Experience:

At least 2 years of experience in administrative roles is preferred.
