Job Description:
As a Grubhub Restaurant Delivery Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to deliver orders from our partner restaurants to customers promptly and efficiently. This role requires an understanding of navigating through city streets and neighborhoods while ensuring a positive interaction with our customers. You will be the face of Grubhub to our customers, and therefore, you should have excellent communication and customer service skills.
Responsibilities:
– Ensure timely delivery of food from restaurants to customers.
– Interact with customers and restaurant staff professionally.
– Ensure accurate order fulfillment.
– Navigate through the city effectively using GPS.
Requirements:
– Valid drivers license and clean driving record.
– Reliable vehicle with current insurance.
– Must be 18 years or older.
– Ability to meet physical demands of the job, including lifting, bending, and carrying.
– Excellent communication and customer service skills.
– Experience with GPS systems.
