Skills Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting Proficiency in full cycle accounting and reconciliation Familiarity with accounting software, preferably Intacct and/or Bill.com Excellent organizational and time management skills Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Responsibilities Perform bank and account reconciliations to ensure accuracy Prepare monthly financial statements and assist with accounts receivable collections Review invoices and payment requests to ensure proper approvals and account coding Process outgoing accounts payable payments and ensure compliance with internal policies Qualifications Bachelors degree in Accounting or a related field Minimum of 2+ years of experience in accounting, including full cycle accounting and reconciliation Familiarity with Intacct and/or Bill.com is preferred Education Requirements Bachelors degree in Accounting or a related field Education Requirements Credential Category Bachelors degree Experience Requirements At least 2 years of relevant accounting experience, including full cycle accounting and reconciliation Why work in Washington, DC Washington, DC is a vibrant city rich in history and culture, offering a unique blend of professional opportunities and personal growth.
