Job Description

To provide strategic oversight and leadership in the management of a portfolio of critical projects and programs that drive business success and align with organizational strategy. Essential Functions: • Provide strategic oversight and leadership for a portfolio of critical projects across the organization. • Develop, implement, and manage project governance structures and processes. • Collaborate with C-level executives to define project goals and objectives and ensure alignment with organizational strategy. • Establish and maintain project standards, ensuring consistency and quality across all projects. • Lead risk management efforts, including risk identification, mitigation planning, and contingency strategies. • Mentor and coach project managers and project teams to foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement. • Conduct regular project reviews and provide senior management with updates on progress, challenges, and solutions. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: • Expert-level knowledge of project and program management methodologies, frameworks, and best practices. • Strong financial acumen, with the ability to conduct complex financial modeling and budgeting. • Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. • Ability to make high-impact decisions under pressure and drive project success. • Advanced skills in stakeholder management, change management, and conflict resolution. Minimum Education Bachelor's Degree in computer science, engineering, information systems, business administration or equivalent. Minimum Experience • Seven (7) years of progressive experience in project management, program management, or a similar role, with a strong track record of managing large-scale, high-impact projects. • Proven experience managing a portfolio of projects with diverse teams and stakeholders. • Expertise in the use of project management tools and software (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, etc.) and methodologies (Agile, Lean, Six Sigma). Pay Transparency: ?This compensation range is provided as a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary range for this role across all potential locations. If this opportunity includes multiple job levels, the salary information represents the job level minimum? ?and the job level maximum. Actual starting pay would be determined by experience relative to the job, market level, pay at the location for this job, and other job-related factors permitted by law.? ?An employee may be eligible for additional pay, premiums, or bonus potential. The Company offers eligible employees health, vision, and dental insurance, retirement, and tuition reimbursement.? Pay: ?$96,087.48 to $172,957.32 annually?
