Job Summary We are currently seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Online Facilitators in the discipline of General Business for the upcoming academic year (2024-2025). As an Online Facilitator, you will collaborate with the Instructor of Record to support students enrolled in General Business courses. Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related field from an accredited institution, or completion of 18 graduate hours in the discipline from an accredited institution. Discipline-specific licensure or certifications.
Preferred Qualifications
Master's degree in General Business from an accredited institution. Professional licensure or certification. Professional experience in the field of General Business. Prior experience in online teaching. Job Duties Facilitate student discussion groups, fostering engaging and interactive online learning environments. Assess individual student participation in group discussions and provide timely feedback. Grade assignments, including discussions, written assignments, and speeches, and maintain accurate records of student progress. Communicate with the Instructor of Record regarding any issues, concerns, or suggestions for course improvement. Additional Information This position does not offer visa sponsorship.
