Mental Health Technician/Advocate or Behavioral Specialist. Teachers, Special Education Coaches, or Early Childhood Development background. Direct Support Professionals or Life Skills Assistants. Camp Counselor, Childcare Volunteer. Administrative Professionals and Hospatality or Customer Service background. Essential Job Requirements: Obtain RBT Certification within 60 days. Progress through the RBT Ladder. Follow written skill acquisition and behavior programs accurately. Build rapport with clients and provide high-quality care. Accurately measure and record data during therapy sessions. Collaboration with Lead RBT for training sequence. What we are looking for: High school diploma or GED equivalent Reliable transportation is required. Time management, observation, and analytical skills Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
