We are TypeStudios, a web and web app development studio with a focus on building custom, high-quality digital experiences. We are seeking a talented UI/UX designer to join our team on a project-based position. This is a fully remote position... Responsibilities • Create visually appealing and user-centric designs for various digital platforms • Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas • Collaborate with our development team, contribute creative ideas, and participate in design feedback sessions Qualifications • Experience in using UI/UX design best practices to design solutions, and an understanding of mobile and responsive design. • Familiarity with design software (Figma experience is a plus) • Portfolio, preferred showcasing at least one project that has been implemented • Strong understanding of color theory, typography, layout design and usability principles, especially for websites • Ability to work in a team environment, effectively explain your ideas, and accept creative input from other members • Quality internet and ability to join online team meetings College students or those looking for internship experience are encouraged to apply. Right now we are looking for a project-based position, but will be looking for individuals we work well with to join the team part-time and potentially full-time as our studio grows.
