Description The Member Services Representative Digital Branch serves as a frontline representative for Partners Federal Credit Union, focusing on building long-term, profitable relationships with our Members. This role involves understanding Members financial needs and offering tailored financial solutions in a digital work environment. You will interact with Members through various channels... including telephone, video meetings, and email, ensuring exceptional service and support while promoting Credit Union objectives.
