Contracts Manager (REMOTE / PART-TIME)

FULLY REMOTE, PART-TIME ROLE

Our client, a company that offers end-to-end identity risk solutions to banks and fintech, is seeking a Remote, Contracts Manager / Corporate Paralegal on a part-time, contract basis (approximately 20-25 hours a week for 6+ months). This role will require a combination of administrative and contracts review tasks. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years managing... and archiving a wide variety of contracts, utilizing a CLM system, and conducting simple reviews of contracts.
