Data Analyst / Data Scientist
Description: Monitor key funnel and loan performance metrics, reports, and dashboards Establish key performance metrics and develop automated reporting and alerting using SQL and Python Build predictive models to optimize lending decisions by using advanced statistical modeling and simulation techniques Conduct analysis using advanced data analytics to evaluate trends in funnel and loan performance and provide optimization strategy recommendations to improve metrics Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement funnel or underwriting strategy changes Design A/B testing for models and underwriting strategies, evaluate impact, and provide recommendations Requirements: Bachelor's in math, statistics, computer science, engineering or related field Experience with relational databases and SQL Experience with data analytics and statistical modeling Data analysis experience with python Strong quantitative and problem-solving skills with key attention to detail ...
