* Schedule Availability: Monday-Friday 8am-8:00pm M-F EST. (Must be able to work an 8-hour shift between hours of operation (Training hours may differ) Pay Rate: $17/HR-FULL TIME, Weekly Pay!!! Plus, Benefits!! Job description Handle inbound and/or outbound phone calls to/from patients, doctors, and providers. Process refills and schedule shipments for patients or providers Resolve the callers needs, provide accurate information to the caller while following policies and procedures. Requirements:
Must be able to TRAIN onsite in Louisville, KY
* Previous Customer Service and Call Center experience required. Previous healthcare experience desired but not required. Proficient with Microsoft Office. Ability to work a flexible work schedule.
