Detail-Oriented Data Entry Specialist - Full-Time & Part-Time Opportunities

This role is crucial in supporting our mission to enhance efficiency and improve customer... experiences through data and automation. Responsibilities • Accurately enter data into our QuickClaim system using a consistent flow of images. • Identify document types based on provided guidelines. • Review and verify that entered data meets quality standards. • Maintain confidentiality of Personal Health Information (PHI) in accordance with HIPAA standards. • Collaborate professionally with other team members as needed. • Suggest improvements or enhancements to job processes. • Ensure all tasks are completed each day before clocking out. • Perform other basic office duties as assigned. Compensation & Schedule • Pay Rate: $12 per hour. • Both part-time and full-time positions are available, with full-time preferred. • A minimum of 20 hours per week is required. • Available shifts vary between 8:00 AM - 9:00 PM CST, Monday through Friday.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following skills: • Self-motivation and a strong work ethic. • Ability to multitask and adapt quickly to changes. • High attention to detail while maintaining efficiency. • Ability to learn quickly and follow both simple and complex instructions. • Commitment to maintaining client data confidentiality. • Proficiency in reading and speaking English.
