Collaborate with the educational team to refine study plans and develop effective prep materials. Utilize online platforms and technology to create engaging and productive study sessions. Communicate clearly with students, parents, and team members to track progress and provide updates. Skills And Qualifications Experience in nursing education or exam preparation, especially with the HESI exam. Strong knowledge of nursing principles and exam content. Excellent communication skills for interacting with students, parents, and colleagues. Proficiency in using online educational tools and platforms. Ability to support students effectively in a virtual setting. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Fluent in Spanish.
