Collaborate with team members to collect and analyze data. Use graphs, infographics, and other methods to visualize data. Establish KPIs to measure the effectiveness of business decisions. Structure large data sets to find usable information. Work with a team of analysts and other associates to process information Create presentations and reports based on recommendations and findings.Key Requirements and Technology Experience: Key Skills:Data Analyst, SQL AND Excel A bachelors degree in business, finance, statistics, technology, or other related field is required. 3+ years of experience in analysis in a business environment. Experience in understanding business requirements and translating them for developers. Process-oriented, with strong attention to detail and accuracy. Clear communicator, both verbal and written. Extraordinary desire to learn and learning agility. Experience presenting results to clients, both internal and external. Advanced experience manipulating and exploring data. Experience working on creating a Data Dictionary. Work experience in source schema mapping (reverse engineering) Experience in establishing Data Governance and Stewardship Standards. Experience in JIRA Story writing, technical requirements, documentation Knowledge of reporting and analysis tools. Data Policy /Procedure creation. Experience writing complex SQL & PL/SQL queries. Experience formatting and manipulating data in Excel. Robust curiosity and problem-solving skills. Strong skills with multiple analytic techniques/methods.
