This role starts at 20 hours per week with the potential to transition to full-time for the right candidate. While this position is remote, candidates based in the Central or Mountain Time Zones are... preferred. Administrative Support What You'll Be Doing: • Manage email correspondence and schedule appointments. • Assist with contracts, quotes, and pricing. • Handle bill payments and financial record management. • Perform data entry and organization tasks in HubSpot. Content And Communication • Post engaging content on various platforms. • Conduct LinkedIn outreach and build new connections. Vendor Management • Research and manage vendor relationships. • Handle procurement tasks as needed. Project Assistance • Support ad-hoc projects and ongoing initiatives. • Plan and organize team events, client meetings, and social activities. • Advocate for our company and assist with award submissions. Leadership Support • Take notes and help keep leadership organized. • Ensure clear communication within the team and with external partners.

What We're Looking For

Location: Preferably based in the Central or Mountain Time Zones. Experience: Prior experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar administrative role is a plus. Skills • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software. • Ability to work independently and proactively.
