Dentistry Education Consultant

Through a combination of art, science, and technology, our lessons help students effortlessly learn and recall information and score higher on exams. The short version? We’re like your favorite cartoon, only more quirky. We are looking to add one or more Dentistry Education Consultants to our team of health science educators. Through investments (such as this role!) in dentistry programs, we aspire to identify and meet the needs of dentistry students and become a source of high-quality and unique dentistry training and preparation for exams like the INBDE. Ideal candidates for this role are current dental school faculty or individuals otherwise intimately familiar with the educational needs and current landscape of dental education. We expect the overall time commitment to be approximately 5 hours per week, with opportunities for expansion of time & responsibilities in the future. Responsibilities: • Provide authoritative accounts of the needs and overall student journey for dentists-in-training • Provide insights and analysis of the dental school educational materials landscape, through a combination of prior knowledge and supportive research • Review and provide thoughtful commentary on educational and marketing materials • Represent Sketchy in occasional meetings or other communication with internal and external customers • Regular check-in and alignment meetings with management What we're Looking For: • Current or recent experience educating dentistry students • A big-picture view of the market and wider context of dental education, especially simulation and case-based learning • Familiarity and expertise with subject-matter in the dental training curriculum • Great communication and collaboration skills • Reliability and responsiveness to requests for input and review • Reasonable availability for real-time calls or Zoom meetings as needed (though we can be flexible to your schedule) Salary Range: $75.00 - $95.00 per hour Sketchy Group LLC is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
