Entry Level Data Entry Clerk (100% Remote)

A Data Entry Clerk, is responsible for inputting data and making changes to existing data figures in digital databases. Their duties include inputting data from paper documents into digital spreadsheets, updating order statuses for customers and double-checking their work to make sure they inputted data correctly. Responsibilities... ? Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information. ? Enter customer and account data into digital systems from source documents, adhering to time constraints. ? Compile, verify, and prioritize information to prepare data for computer entry. ? Review and correct data for accuracy and resolve any discrepancies. ? Research and acquire additional information for incomplete documents. ? Apply data management techniques and procedures. ? Generate reports, store completed work in designated locations, and perform backup operations. ? Scan and print documents as needed. Requirements: ? Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. ? Strong computer skills and experience with data entry. ? Basic knowledge of touch typing and database management tools. ? Ability to enter data quickly and accurately. ?
