Remote Customer Service Representative (Seasonal)

You will be utilizing various channels, systems and browsers in a professional manner interacting with your team and customers on a daily basis. Responsibilities: ? Assist customers with navigating and placing orders on the websites ? Respond to a variety of incoming contacts including products, sales/promotions, orders and returns ? Use appropriate telephone etiquette and interpersonal skills ? Research inquiries and de-escalate customer?s concerns ? Listen to customers to understand their needs; utilize knowledge and tools to appropriately respond to their needs ? Respond to a variety of incoming contacts including products, sales/promotions, orders and returns ? Use effective decision-making, problem solving and communication skills ? Confidently interact with customers and other internal departments in a clear, concise, courteous and professional manner Pay Rate: $16.50/hr MUST LIVE WITHIN 3 HOURS OF HIGH POINT, NC Available Shifts: 1st Shift: 8 AM- 4:30 PM 1st Shift: 9 AM- 5:30 PM Mid-Shift: 10 AM- 6:30 PM Second Shift: 11:30 AM- 8 PM Job Requirements: ? High school diploma or GED required ? Previous retail experience is a plus ? Internet savvy, with the ability to navigate through multiple browsers and various search engines ? Ability to work in a fast paced environment under the direction of a Team Manager ? Excellent verbal and written business communication skills ? Professional, flexible, positive team player ?
