Input and update client information, travel bookings, and financial records in the company's database ? Confirm the accuracy of input data and recognize any disparities or inaccuracies ? Conduct routine checks to ensure data integrity and completeness ? Manage physical and electronic files and documents ? Collaborate with colleagues to address data-related issues ? Adhere to data entry and confidentiality protocols ? Respond promptly to data inquiries and requests from internal teams Requirements ? High school diploma or equivalent ? Proven experience as a Data Entry Clerk or similar role ? Proficient typing speed and accuracy ? Keen attention to detail and strong organizational skills ? Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data entry software/tools ? Ability to work efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced environment ? Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities ?
