Key Responsibilities

In this pivotal role, you will support patients and healthcare partners through a variety of tasks which include: ? Making outbound calls to patients, providers, and pharmacies to assist in patient care, using risk stratification algorithms to identify cases for intervention. ? Gathering and documenting health and contact information, scheduling appointments, and addressing medication-related issues. ? Engaging with patients to enhance their healthcare experience and promote medication adherence. ? Responding to inbound customer support requests and preparing and mailing letters. ? Collaborating effectively with team members in Clinical Care to ensure seamless communication and high-quality service.

Qualifications

To excel in this position, candidates should meet the following criteria: ? Certification as a Pharmacy Technician. ? Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish. ? Experience managing 40-50 adherence-related calls per day. ? Familiarity with basic medical terminology and medication names, including both brand and generic. ? Strong written and verbal communication skills. ? Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace. ? Ability to work independently while being a collaborative team player. ? Availability to work 40 hours per week (Monday to Saturday, 9 AM - 6 PM Pacific Time). Preferred Qualifications ? Previous experience working in a remote setting.
