This individual will be responsible for managing and optimizing our Amazon Vendor and Seller accounts, ensuring the best possible online presence for our products. Key Responsibilities: ? Account Management: Manage both Amazon Vendor and Seller accounts, ensuring compliance with Amazon's policies and guidelines. ? Product Listings: Create, manage, and optimize product listings, including high-quality images, detailed descriptions, and relevant keywords. ? Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the supply chain team to ensure timely restocking. ? Pricing Strategy: Develop and implement competitive pricing strategies and promotional campaigns. ? Performance Analysis: Regularly analyze account performance using Amazon?s analytics tools, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to improve sales and customer satisfaction. ? Customer Service: Handle customer inquiries, reviews, and feedback, maintaining high standards of customer service. ? Market Research: Stay updated with market trends and competitor activities on Amazon to identify opportunities for growth. ? Compliance: Ensure all products and listings comply with Amazon's policies and industry regulations. Required Skills and Qualifications: ? Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. ? At least 2 years of experience managing Amazon Vendor and Seller accounts. ? Strong understanding of Amazon?s algorithms, SEO, and e-commerce best practices. ? Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in using Amazon?s analytics tools. ? Superior organizational skills and attention to detail. ? Strong written and verbal communication skills. ? Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Preferred Qualifications: ?
