Customer Support Specialist
Description: Outstanding Service: Deliver exceptional customer support through various channels (phone, email, chat). First contact with customers and understand their needs. Help: Assist customers with basic inquiries and resolve issues related to our software. Inquiries come in through phone, email and chat. All using one system, intercom. Customer Support: Manage incoming customer inquiries and tickets efficiently using our Intercom ticketing system. Product Familiarization: Become a product expert in SwiftComplys compliance software. Relationship Building: Create a positive first impression and foster strong customer relationships. Documentation: Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and feedback. Requirements: Strong interpersonal and communication skills: You can effectively communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner, both verbally and written. Problem-solving abilities: You enjoy troubleshooting issues and finding solutions to... customer challenges. Attention to detail: You are organized and accurate in your work. Customer focus: You prioritize customer satisfaction and build strong relationships. Technical aptitude: A basic understanding of software applications is helpful.
