Remote Inside Sales Agent

Responsibilities: • Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat with professionalism and efficiency • Resolve customer issues or concerns with empathy and accuracy • Provide product information and assistance to customers • Maintain customer records and update information in the database • Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely resolution of customer inquiries • Meet or exceed performance metrics and goals • Work nights and weekends • Monday - Friday 5-10pm • Sat and Sunday 8:30-2pm and 2-10pm.
