Key Responsibilities: • Provide prompt and professional customer support via live chat. • Address customer inquiries, concerns, and issues with accuracy and empathy. • Troubleshoot and resolve customer problems effectively. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the best possible customer experience. • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Amazon's products, services, and policies. • Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets. Qualifications: • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. • Customer-centric attitude with a passion for delivering exceptional service. • Ability to multitask and navigate multiple software applications. • Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote setting. • Basic computer skills and familiarity with online shopping. • High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred but not required).
