Strategy and Operations Coordinator
The Mom Project is excited to partner with Etsy in their search for a Strategy & Operations Coordinator to support operational excellence within the Product and Engineering Organizations. This is a hybrid position with travel onsite to the Brooklyn office required 1-2x a week . About Etsy... Etsy is the global marketplace for unique and creative goods. About the Role
This role will support critical business and organizational operations, enabling Product, Design, Research, and Engineering to operate efficiently to achieve both long-term and short-term goals. The ideal candidate is highly motivated, analytical, extremely organized, and excellent with spreadsheets. In this role you will: Support core operations of 3-5 cross-functional Product & Engineering Groups or functional Groups (Design, Research, etc) Schedule and coordinate Small Hands (~1 per Group per quarter) and support Leads through tactical aspects of content creation Maintain all communication channels including: Google distribution lists and Slack channel lists with new joiners, exits, and org changes, etc. Organize and support Group-wide and cross functional meetings - including but not limited to Leads meetings, OKR reviews, etc. Each Group will work with their coordinator to determine their own Operating Rhythm and cadence, aligned to Patchwork, the internal comms strategy for the CPO and CTO Org Support Leads by coordinating content creation and management for presentations and meetings such as CEO Monthly Metrics, OKR reviews, etc. Maintain information stored on the Product & Engineering Hub and any extra knowledge management needed for the Group Support the scheduling of complex meetings required to successfully run the Groups such as Calibrations and regular Leads meetings, including external vendor meetings Organize gatherings in partnership with Product Engineering EA and the Internal Gathering team Manage group invoices as needed Of course, this is just a sample of the kinds of work this role will require! About You Requirements: 1-3 years of demonstrated experience problem solving in a fast paced environment Mastery in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets High attention to detail and exceptional verbal and written communication skills Ability to define and contain complex problems, prioritize and deliver quickly Ability to maintain order, focus and calm in times of ambiguity and changing priorities Have a positive, roll-up-your-sleeves and get the work done approach A trust in and commitment to Etsy?s vision, mission and values Apply Job!
