Global Marketing Manager

We are seeking a talented and driven Global Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and execute marketing strategies to establish Open iT as the leading provider of SLM solutions. • Collaborate closely with the Sales Team and implement marketing strategies that generate qualified leads and support the sales pipeline. • Execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to attract and engage potential leads. • Utilize marketing automation tools to streamline processes and improve campaign performance. • Prepare and present regular reports on marketing activities, performance, and ROI to senior management. • Use analytics and insights to make data-driven decisions and optimize marketing strategies. • Identify and explore new market opportunities to expand Open iT's reach. • Conduct market research to understand emerging trends and customer needs. • Develop targeted marketing campaigns to penetrate new markets and increase market share. • Maintain focus on business goals, continually evaluating marketing activities to ensure they are contributing to company objectives. • Demonstrate results in B2B digital marketing and/or strategy for your current or previous employer/clients. Required Qualifications: • Proven marketing experience, preferably in technology, enterprise software or SaaS platforms. • Experience in creating marketing plans and managing budgets effectively. • Being results-driven with the ability to translate high-level vision and strategy into tangible business impact. • Strong project management skills with the ability to multi-task, solve problems, and prioritize competing demands. • Self-disciplined, motivated, and detail-oriented. • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
