No Phone Customer Service Representative (Remote)
This job posting is for a customer service representative role. Your primary responsibility as a customer service representative would be to address customer queries and concerns in a prompt and courteous manner. What you will be doing: As a live chat representative you will be paid to reply to live chat messages on a business’s website or social media accounts. This includes answering customer questions, providing sales links, and offering discounts. Contract length: No fixed term Rate: $35 per hour. Skills/background needed: Must have a device able to access social media and app based chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop). Be able to work independently. Ability to closely follow provided steps and instructions. Have 7 hours of availability per day. Reliable internet connectivity. Location: remote work worldwide (United States preferred).
