• Utilize customer service and sales experience daily
• Persuade and upsell customers while reducing frustration and displeasure
• Handle back-to-back calls with care, empathy, and professionalism
• Use exceptional de-escalation skills on escalated calls
• Maintain knowledge of company policies, products, and services

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Attendance adherence is critical for training success
• Private, undisturbed workspace free from distractions
• High-speed internet with minimum speeds of 25mbps download and 15mbps upload
• 2+ years of sales experience
• 2+ years of call center customer service/sales experience
• High school diploma, GED, or college experience
